BCL of Texas in partnership with Hunton & Williams and Texas C-BAR is pleased to offer free legal services for small business owners.

Volunteer attorneys will be available for free one-on-one consultation sessions to cover topics important to small businesses, such as entity formation, general liability, contracts, employment procedure, negotiation, patents and trademarks, and more. Business owners should come prepared to discuss their legal questions and bring all relevant documents!

All participants will be required to fill out a thorough clinic intake questionnaire, the information is secure and will not be used by Texas C-BAR for any other purpose.
